I enjoy cooking. Additionally, a large percentage of the people eating my cooking have survived. Some have even claimed that I did a pretty good job. I'll take that as a compliment. Anyway, a lot of the time if I bring a dish to an event, people there want to know the recipe for said dish. This may be so that they can more accurately create an antidote, but they ask just the same. As if that weren't reason enough for creating these pages, things I find and like often get lost in my head, my kitchen, my files, or my computer. So I thought I'd let my ISP do the backups for me and I could post recipes out here that I use a lot. I will give credit where credit is due. A lot of recipes belong to others. Some I modified a fair bit and, therefore, now call my own. Some are my own creations entirely. If you want me to try something, send it to me. If I like it, I'll put it here and give you credit. By the way, I'd also like to put in a plug for The Passionate Palette, a cooking school here in the Denver area that's great in that you get to take only the classes you want. If nothing else, I've learned a lot of great techniques there. |
